Recording
We recorded this with an old friend from high school over two nights in April, 2021. We did it all in an upstairs room at a music store in Bendigo, Victoria. We managed to squeeze all the recording into the final week before we left off to play gigs all around Australia for the remainder of the year. We had to get the printed CD’s sent to meet us in Perth.
Style
From the beginning, I maintained the idea to keep this album all acoustic, with not much production. It has ended up being mainly one-take tracks, with some small exceptions. This has made it sound identical to the kind of small bar gigs, and busking sets, which I have played countless times over the last five years.
Travel
Now that we have all the CD’s printed, we’re going to travel around playing gigs all over Australia, trying to get rid of them. You can download from the link below.
